New Wallpapers And Stickers Arrive On WhatsApp
The WhatsApp messaging application has introduced a new update that includes new functions, including improvements to the wallpapers, a sticker search engine and a new pack of animated stickers from the World Health Organization (WHO).
The new WhatsApp update features new wallpapers with images of nature and architecture from around the world, as well as striking new designs, which users can find in the ‘Bright’ and ‘Dark’ albums.
Moreover, the new update features scribbled wallpapers in more colors and allows users to add custom chat backgrounds for each contact and set a different wallpaper for light and dark mode.
WhatsApp has also introduced a search engine for ‘stickers’, with which users can search and find stickers more easily with text and even an emoji.
With the new update, users will also have a new package of animated WHO stickers called ‘Together at Home’, which includes the translated text for nine languages: German, Arabic, Spanish, French, Indonesian, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and Turkish.
The company has informed through a statement sent to Press that all these new functions will be available in the messaging application in the “coming days“.
